Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders

"Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the BRAVEST thing that we will ever do."

-Brene Brown

I specialize in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), which includes what is commonly known as Postpartum Depression Anxiety as well as Postpartum PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and OCD. I am certified through Postpartum Support International and I am here to support you so that you can enjoy this time in your life.

PMADs are widely misunderstood, which is why it is important to seek a certified specialist in this area. PMADs are temporary and treatable. The sooner you reach out for help, the sooner you will be on your way to feeling like yourself!
